The deep flavor of the combined miso is a characteristic of the rich soup, which drew out the natural sweetness of the vegetables.
The juicy wheat-gluten wheels, which absorb the rich soup, as well as the crisp bean sprouts, add superb flavor.
Tomato Veggie Ramen
The rich soup is a magnificent harmony of the fresh flavors of Italian tomatoes, the sweetness of fried onions, and the aromas of several varieties of herbs and spices.
We chose thin whole-wheat flour noodles which would best entwine with the soup.
Crisp lettuce is placed on top, and aromatic toasted onions are scattered on top to complete the dish.

Soupless Spicy Szechuan Noodles

The creamy depth of flavor is a perfect match for the spicy chili oil.
Veggie Oil Soba
Whole-wheat soba noodles topped with onion, mushrooms, soy-boiled kombu, and broiled brown tofu, then sprinkled with the highest-grade fragrant nori seaweed available in the Ariake Sea.
The sauce is made from special oil, ginger, and homemade chili paste combined with the best veggie ramen soup.
The spicy sesame sauce uses plenty of domestically-produced ground sesame and first-rate soup stock made from vegetables and kombu. Tofu, tofu lees, and minced walnuts float on top, and the sauce is finished off with red chili oil. The noodles are whole-wheat, and entwine well with the sauce.

Halal Soy Sauce Ramen (Reservation required)
This noodles, soup and toppings in this halal ramen are all halal, and prepared according to Islamic law. We did a lot of research in the kitchen about how to create ramen with unlimited deliciousness using only a limited selection of ingredients, and this was the result.
Actually, we’ve received happy comments from a Muslim (believer in Islam) customer, who said, “I always wanted to try the famous Japanese food ‘ramen,’ but I never could, because it contains animal products and alcohol (chemical seasonings, sake, mirin, etc.). I didn’t think I’d have the chance to eat such delicious ramen.”
These “veggie-fried dumplings” are low-calorie, healthy, and made entirely of vegetables.
The ingredients are shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, onions, Chinese chives, garlic, ginger and roasted soy pulps, in addition to using abundantly-nutritious tofu meat. The skin is crispy and the filling is juicy.
The mild acidity of sushi rice is mixed with carrot and burdock, and wrapped in a sweet sheet of tofu. Children love it!

Yuniwa Original Naturally Fermented Beer A(Ace)
Yuniwa’s original naturally fermented beer uses carefully-selected organic malts and hops. It differs from ordinary beer, which produces strong brewing bacteria to cause fermentation, by instead using the natural yeasts in dried persimmons. This natural fermentation process is what gives the beer its mild taste and fragrance. With a harmony of acidity and bitterness, it is refreshingly easy to drink. It pairs great with food, so by all means, give it a try!!
